
Christine founded Saxman Consulting LLC in the spring of 2020 where she provides racial and social justice training, facilitation, and coaching for educational, corporate, not-for-profit, and government organizations. She’s a co-author of Western State Center’s toolkit, Confronting Conspiracy Theories and Organized Bigotry at Home: A Guide for Parents and Caregivers and co-author of the upcoming book, Being White Today: A Roadmap for a Positive Antiracist Life. She also works on staff for the National SEED Project (Seeking Education Equity and Diversity). Prior to spending two years as an equity transformation specialist at Courageous Conversations About Race, Christine was an educator in Township District 113 in Illinois for fifteen years where she was also a racial equity leader. In 2016, she received recognition as an Illinois Golden Apple Finalist and Teacher of Distinction.

INTERRACIAL COFACILITATION
To support healthy multiracial organizations, Saxman Consulting co-creates professional learning spaces with facilitators of color to model the interracial skill development needed for organizations to meet their diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and accessibility (DEIJA) goals. Her partners include Ismalis Nuñez of Anew Collective Consulting, Krischanna Roberson of Collabovate Consulting, and Nicole Shimizu of Educational Impact Exchange.
COACHING
Sometimes, in racial equity work, people need to process personal history, organizational history, racial conflict, and/or racism in order to lead with racial consciousness. Individual coaching goals help people to engage in deep reflection in order to achieve transformation personally and professionally.

This series supports educators and administrators K-12 and at the college level to understand white nationalist recruiting and how to build the consciousness of our students to disrupt such recruiting efforts. It builds directly on the work in Western States Center toolkit: Confronting Conspiracy Theories and Organized Bigotry at Home.
BUILDING CULTURALLY RELEVANT, RACIALLY CONSCIOUS ORGANIZATIONS
This series helps organizations assess where their culture is supportive of healthy multiracial space and where culture needs to shift in order to meet DEIJA goals.
STARTING AND SUSTAINING HEALTHY WHITE ACCOUNTABILITY/AFFINITY SPACES
This series will help you start or refresh your white accountability/affinity efforts with a focus on healthy interracial work and developing the skills of team members to facilitate these spaces on their own.
These efforts can be co-developed along with support for your People of Color affinity space to ensure the work supports a healthy multiracial organization.
